Free shipping for all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will have a $15.00 shipping fee added. Same day shipping for all orders placed by 3PM MST.

To place an order, you are welcome to check-out online, give us a call or email in your order. We want to make it easy for you. You will then receive a sales order confirmation. Once shipped, you will be emailed a tracking link and what items shipped. After your order has shipped, you will be invoiced for the products that shipped. If an item is on back order and the dollar value is under $30, it will be removed from your order.

All prices are Canadian Dollars. No hidden costs. Taxes are extra.

It's easy to set-up an account with us. Click on My Account and register as a New Customer. Your Account will be set-up once completed for you to browse products, view pricing or place an order.

We do not accept product returns that are beyond 90 days from the date you received your product. The product must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Pure Care covers the shipping costs for the return. Give us a call, use the online chat or email us and we get this taken care of promptly.

Invoices can be found in your account. Email and print for your records. Credit card with order is required unless approved for an On Account option.
